4/22 Update

Zelda Compilation Screenshot!

Update:   We have since found out that this screenshot is more than likely fake.  Sorry for getting everybody's hopes up like that.  When it was first published, it looked like the real deal, and my sources thought it was real as well.  Whenever I get real information on a Zelda Compilation, it will be posted here.

The first screenshot from the Zelda Compilation game has been released!  This is clearly from the re-make of Link to the Past.  As you might notice, Link's eyes are unusually large.  This is probably not how Link will look in the game.  Notice how the chickens are flying around the screen.  Chickens are only flying in this game when they're attacking Link.  His eyes are probably big because when this screenshot was taken, he had just been damaged by a chicken.  Hopefully more information on this compilation will be revealed at E3 next month.  Whenever more information is released, Ganon's Tower will have all the news!

4/19 Update

New Zelda to be Announced!

A Japanese Gamecube magazine called Degenki is going to have details on both a new Mario and Zelda game for Gamecube.  The Mario game is not Mario Sunshine, and the Zelda game will not be cel-shaded!  The Zelda game is believed to be a compilation of older games with improved graphics, similar to Super Mario All-Stars for Super NES.  Ganon's Tower will have more information about this as it becomes available!

4/17 Update

Gamecube Zelda Title?

We have a rumored title for Zelda Cube.  According to Esrb.com Zelda Cube will be titled Zelda Universe.  Although this hasn't been officially confirmed yet, this is a possibility.  Remember, Nintendo's official Legend of Zelda website is called Zelda Universe, so they could use the title in a game as well.  Ganon's Tower will bring you any official information on Gamecube Zelda as it becomes available, so please check back!

4/1 Update

Gamecube Zelda Box Art, Title, and Info Revealed!

Late last night, Nintendo released the official box art for the new Zelda game, The Legend of Zelda: Myth of the Oracle.  The title, Myth of the Oracle, comes from the little released information on the storyline. The Dark Knight, the evil villain in the game, has captured the Oracle of Hyrule and is using it to command the three powers contained in the Triforce.  The game still uses cel-shaded graphics but the content has been upped to a more mature level, earning it the Teen warning label from the ESRB.
