The Battle to Stop Sakon

~Prologue~
Link was a very popular guy every since he destroyed the evil Ganon and saved Hyrule. Even Mido didn’t pick on him anymore. Link would always keep going off into Hyrule to visit his friends and practice with his sword just in case the time came again for him to set off on another journey. As many people think Link did not lose his fairy. Since he was part Kokiri he kept her. Navi was with Link since he was ten helping him with the enemies. But one day Link was summoned to place out of Hyrule. It was the Land of Termina. The moon was going to fall and Link needed to awaken the Giants in the four temples. When he did they held the moon in it’s place. After Link defeated the dreadful Majora’s mask that was causing all of this trouble the moon vanished. Link leaped onto Epona and headed for Hyrule once again. But little did he know that he would be caught up again…

~Chapter one~ The beginning of a new Quest

Link was riding on his horse Epona. He couldn’t wait to get back to Hyrule and see all of his friends. They galloped through Termina Field heading to the path that led to Hyrule. Link stopped Epona to feed her and let her drink in the river that stood next to them. Link sat on a tree stump. Then he heard a noise. It sounded like someone running. And Link was right. A girl that was about 14 blond hair, a pony tail and blue cloths. Link noticed that she was wearing a sword and shield just like Link was. She also had a fairy following her. It was a very pretty red fairy. She suddenly stopped running. “phew maybe we should walk the rest of the way” she said to her fairy.
“Yeah that’s better than wasting all of your energy. You should save all of it for the new quest ahead”
Link decided to butt in. “Hi I’m Link and I heard you say something about a new quest.”
“Huh? So your Link I’ve heard about you a lot. You’re the one who saved Termina” she said.
“I’m Termina and-she started
“ you mean Termina as in Termina field”? Link asked.
“ Oh I suppose you want me to explain my whole story. Well I guess I can walk and tell you at the same time. Cause I do have to go to Hyrule and do something.” Termina said.
“Heh well that’s where I’m headed you can tell me the story on the way” Link said
Link walked over to Epona and got on her. He saw Termina’s fairy. “What’s your fairy’s name”? He asked.
“My name is Rupe”. The fairy replied.
“My fairy is Navi”. Link said.
“Wow cool you have a horse too. Let me summon mine and we can ride while I tell my story.” Termina said.
Termina got out a blue Ocarina and played a very beautiful song. Then a pretty white horse galloped toward them. “That’s your horse?” Link said.
“Yep. That’s Epyon”. She replied.
They both started to gallop and Termina started her story.
“It was along time ago. I was about 10 at that point and I lived a happy life in Clock town. I had just got Rupe a year ago at that point and she was the one that warned me of the danger that was coming. Sakon the burglar had robbed the bomb shop. And he placed a Power keg right in the middle of Termina field (but it wasn’t called Termina field back then though) so it would blow up the entire land. Rupe sensed it and told me right away. I tried to warn everyone but no one listened. I knew I had to get rid of that power keg somehow. I just didn’t know how. And I didn’t even know where the bomb was. The only one who believed me was the Swordsman who ran the school. He granted me with a sword and shield so I could go get rid of the bomb. I just didn’t know how a sword would help me disarm a power keg. I started heading toward the center of the land that Rupe said the power keg was. I had to journey through many enemies. And now I knew why the swordsman gave me a sword and a shield. I was thirsty so I filled up an empty bottle with water. I drank one and then filled it up again for the rest of my trip. I battled more enemies until I found the power keg. It was nearly about to explode when I got an idea. I took the water I had got and poured it on the lit part of the power keg. It went out. I went to town and showed every one the power keg and that made them believe that I was telling the truth. They were so thankful that I saved the land that they named the land after me: Termina.
“Wow so you saved this land”? Link asked.
“Yup. The main reason I told you this story is cause-She started
“Cause I wanted you too? Link butted in.
“Not only that but I also wanted to make a point of how much of a nasty guy Sakon is. Cause now he’s causing trouble in Hyrule. He wants the triforce so he can steal the world.
“What?! No way me and Zelda came up with a new way to protect the triforce. We have this special gong and we call it the Gong of time. The sacred Mallet is in the tower of time and me and Zelda put it in the most dangerous parts of Hyrule so no one could get it. And you need to find a key in an area to get into the next one. And when you get the mallet you bang the gong of time to make the Door of time open to reveal the triforce. No way anyone would try to go through all that even for the triforce.” Link explained.
“Rupe is always right at sensing things she’s meant for it. She sensed Sakon putting the power keg in the middle of Termina field and I saved the land and now it’s gonna be the same thing I garentee. You can even ask Zelda she can sense things too.” Termina said.
By the time they finished they had reached Hyrule.
“Home sweet home”. Link said looking at the land of Hyrule that he hadn’t seen in years. All of a sudden Link heard Zelda’s voice. *Link I’m so glad you finally came back to Hyrule! Something horrible is happening. I couldn’t reach you through telepathy when you were in the land of Termina.* “It’s her, Zelda is talking to me through telepathy”! Link gasped.
*Link the burgaler Sakon is braking through our temples in a breeze. He has some kind of master weapon. I discised my self as Sheik to try to stop him but he was too powerful with that weapon. I am in no danger right now but Hyrule and the triforce are. Please help Link!* Zelda said.
“Don’t worry Zelda I’ll stop Sakon” Link said.
*oh thank you Link good bye!* Zelda said then stopped the telepathy.
“ Sorry for not believing at first”. Link apoligized.
“I’ll help you defeat Sakon!”
“Alright that’s the spirit!” Termina said.
Then she took out a map of Hyrule. “Ok lets see. Sakon went through two temples already.. So lets go to the one he’s at right now and try to stop him.” Termina said.
“Alright lets go!!” Link yelled.

~Chapter two~ Tornado Hills (WARNING:MAKE SURE YOU READ THE FIRST CHAP. BEFORE THIS ONE OR ElSE YOU WON’T GET IT)

                Link walked over the path toward his destination.  He was going to Tornado hills.  He was eager to save Hyrule once again.  Then he saw Termina trotting in the same direction.  She looked over. “Wow fancy meeting you here again!” She said.

            “Heh yeah you headi’n to Tornado hill?” Link asked.

            “Well yeah but …

            “But what?”

            “Well they call it Tornado Hills cause it has a bunch of tornados there for some odd reason.  But I hear theirs two great items there.” Termina said.

            “Really!? What are they!?” Link asked.

            “They’re awesome legendary swords.  The sword of Light and the sword of Power.  And I was thinking I could get one and you could get one.”Termina suggested.

            “Of course I’d love to have those swords!! Let’s go!!”.

            Later they made it to tornado hills.  It was a big hill and it looked sort of like Death Mountain Crater.  “ Eeee are you sure about this”? Termina asked.

            “I thought you wanted to get those swords”? Navi asked.

            “I do but I’m not sure if I’m willing to risk being tossed by tornados to get them”! Termina said.

            Link turned around and look at Termina. “Don’t worry we haven’t seen a single tornado yet.”

            But once he turned back around a tornado was crashing toward them.  “Yiike I told you”! Termina yelled over all of the noise the tornado was making.

            “Cripe there’s no where to go.” Link yelled.

            The tornado came inches away from them and picked them up.  And then they were thrown on a higher ledge of Tornado hills. “We *pant* were almost *pant* dead.” Termina said without breath.

            “Wow where are we?” Link asked looking around.

            “Yow look at that thing”! Termina whispered.

            It was a huge monster that looked like it could be Ganon’s cousin.  It was a huge monster and also looked like it was one of the Biggest bosses. The monster was holding two swords.” Hey those must be the legendary swords that we’re looking for”! Link said.  Then Link and Termina saw it release a tornado. "So that’s what’s causing all the tornado’s?” Termina said.

            Just then the monster noticed them. “WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?! GO AWAY!! I’M ON SAKON’S BEHALF AND HE TOLD ME NOT TO LET ANYONE COME PAST HERE” The monster said.

            “Then the key must be beyond there”. Link thought.

            “Is Sakon here?” Link asked.

            “HE WENT TO GET MORE SUPPLIES. HE HASN”T GOT THE KEY YET AND NEITHER WILL YOU”. The monster said.

            Then the monster put his hands above his head and a big glowing ball appeared. Then a beam shot out from it and went toward Termina and Link.  Termina jumped to the right and Link jumped to a different direction.  All to be seen was smoke. When the smoke cleared Termina saw Link just standing there with his back toward her.  “Link what was that?” She asked.

            Link gave no reply. “Uh Link?” she asked not knowing what was going on.

            Then Link turned his head around to his sholder. His eyes were like a devils eyes. Link swished out his sword and aimed it at Termina.  He had become evil!! Termina swished out her sword and blocked Link’s attack.   Link was pushing really hard and if Termina fell down he would have no problem defeating her.  “HA HA HA IF YOU DESTROY THIS EVIL LINK YOU ARE ALSO DESTROYING THE NICER LINK YOU KNOW”. The monster said.

            “Gee that’s good advice”. Termina said. 

            Link suddenly jumped up high and was going to do a jump attack.  Termina ran back wards until she started to fall.  She had ran off a cliff!!  “Yeeeeowww shooooooooooooot!!

            She fell on a ledge. “~ow~ “ she mumbled.

            Then Rupe flew by.

            “Hey Termina you okay?”

            “Yeah I’m okay but I’m in a real mess. What am I gonna do about Link evil?”

            “To get Link back to normal you have to destroy the monster somehow. I just don’t know how.” Rupe said.

            “Hmmmm so I have to destroy that monster”?

            “So how am I gonna get back up there”? Termina asked.

            “Well I could fly you up there”? Rupe said.

            “YOU fly ME?!!??” Termina yelled questionly.

            Termina tried it and sure enough Rupe flew her to the top of the cliff where Link and the monster were.  Link had his bow out ready to shoot.  Termina dodged the attacks. The arrow he was using was an ice arrow.  ( Where did Navi go you ask? Navi was to freaked to watch Link evily fighting so she hid in his hat the whole time).  Termina had an idea.  She went and stood in front of the monster but many feet away. Link shot an arrow at her and she jumped away.  The arrow hit the monster.  Apparently the monster was weak agenst ice arrows cause he was defeated instantly.  He exploded and vanished into thin air.  “Huh? Wha? Where’d the? Link started. Link had come back to normal. 

            “ I’ll tell ya what happened but right now we need to quickly get the key.” Termina said releaved that Link wasn’t going to slice her in half anymore. But the first thing they noticed that the swords that the monster were using were still on the ground.  Termina picked up the sword of Light and Link picked up the sword of power.  It began to glow and shimmer.  “Wow!!” Link said in astonishment.

            “We actully got e’m!!”  Termina said.

            “Now for the key”!

            Link ran over to the platform and took the key.  It glowed also.  It was the key to the whirl pool islands.  “We got it before Sakon”! Link said.

            “Now let’s get the keys before he does.” Termina said. 

            “I’m heading in that direction then”. Termina said

            “Wait! Could you tell me what happened I feel like I missed a lot.” Link said.

            “Alright” Termina said and started her story.

            As they walked and toward the Whirl pool islands Termina told Link everything that he had missed.

*Mean While*  Sakon: “What?! Where’s the monster that was guarding the key?! Where IS the key!!? Cripe this is bad!! Someone is trying to stop me.” Well I’ll just have to stop them too. Besides heh they don’t have this master weapon.” Sakon trotted off to the Whirl pool islands where Link and Termina were headed.
