1/14 Update Link in Soul Calibur 2? It appears that the rumors that started a few months ago (and were later "proven" false) about Link being in the Gamecube version of Namco's Soul Calibur 2 may be true. These images were found on Namco of Japan's website and appear to be authentic. While we have no official confirmation from Nintendo, this appears to be the actual game.

Nintendo announced today that they are developing Gameboy Advance SP which will have an illumination system for the screen and a flip-screen design. It launches on March 23, 2003 at a price of $99.95 and will be available in metallic cobalt and platinum. The screen will be a front-light screen, making game play easy regardless of the light in the room. The system will come with a rechargeable battery that lasts for about 10 hours of game play (18 hours with the front light screen turned off), and takes only 3 hours to recharge. All current Game Boy Advance games will work on the GBA SP, and it is also backwards compatible, so older games will work on it as well. Ganon's Tower will have more information on the GBA SP when it becomes available.
