Vaati

Vaati actually has three forms you will have to defeat.  In his first form, Vaati still looks humanoid, like a sorcerer.  There will be eyeballs flying around him, destroy them using your sword, which will expose Vaati's weak point.  Attack it with your sword.  When the eyes stop they are about to shoot lasers at you, so get out of the way.  Also watch out for the flames that sometimes come from Vaati himself.  When he's nearly defeated, the eyeballs will be covered in darkness.  Use the Gust Jar to remove the darkness, then attack them.  After doing this for a while, Vaati will turn into his second form.

Vaati's second form is a giant ball surrounded by eight eyeballs.  To defeat him, shoot arrows at the eyes surrounding him to open them, only four will open at one time.  After doing this, use the glowing panels on the floor to get in a formation that lets you attack all four eyeballs at the same time.  Rapidly attack them with your sword until they crumble, then attack the giant eye in the middle of the boss.  Vaati will shoot electric projectiles and cover the ground with spikes, so watch where you're going.  After repeating this process a few times, Vaati will turn into his third form.

Vaati's final form is the form that he is most well known as.  Concentrate on avoiding his claws and dodging the electric attacks that come from them until one of his arms comes up through the ground.  When it does, attack it with the Cane of Pacci, then use one of the Minish portals to shrink yourself and enter the small opening at the base of the arm and attack the eye inside with the red pupil.  Repeat this on the other arm, but once inside it will be dark, use the Flame Lantern inside so you can see, and again attack the eye with the red pupil inside the arm.  Once both arms are destroyed, use the glowing tiles on the floor to create three clones.  From time to time the four eyes on the front of the boss will shoot electric projectiles at you.  Deflect them back at the eyes, then attack the big eye on the middle of the boss.  Repeat this process until Vaati is defeated!
