The player who earns the most rupees in multiplayer mode will win a medal.  After you win 10 medals you can play a riddle quest in Link to the Past, hosted by the Lumberjack.

Defeat Ganon, the boss of a Link to the past, and Vaati, the boss of the Four Swords and you will unlock a new dungeon in a Link to the Past.

Any special sword move you learn in a Link to the Past will be available in Four Swords after you learn it.

In the Chambers of Insight you learn about new magical gear and multiplayer tactics.  It takes a lot of teamwork to get through the dungeons.

After beating a boss the players are ranked based on how many rupees they found.  Whoever has the most will win the Medal of Courage.

Like any Zelda game, Four Swords will have its share of puzzles.

Sometimes you will have to throw your teammates to reach a switch, or you may want to do it to keep them away from rupees you're trying to get.

The Magnetic Gloves make a return in Four Swords.
